When you hire a personal trainer, you are not only purchasing their physical presence and guidance through your workouts, but also their education, experience, knowledge and expertise with program development and design. We will conduct an initial assessment by gathering your lifestyle and history, as well as listening to what you want to accomplish. We will then create a personalized fitness program tailored around your specific needs and goals. Once your program is created we will explain methods, principles, and reasoning behind every aspect of your program design and execution. As you progress, we will monitor your improvements and fine-tune your program as needed by making the necessary adjustments in order to help you advance to the next level. Sports Conditioning for Athletes
As certified athletic trainers, Twin Peak Performance has the expertise to help you as an athlete prepare yourself for sports at the high school and collegiate level. We can give you the edge that you need.

We will give you instruction on proper running form, jump training, agility training, speed and strength training in order for you to excel and move into the next level of competition. Functional Assessment
Would you like to know the limitations of your body? Even for those you are in great shape, this assessment could show an imbalance in your muscles or flexibility. This assessment will allow an individual to see where they are lacking in regards to functional living. Whether your balance may be a little off, or you have a hard time getting out of a chair, or you can’t quite figure out your left knee hurts after walking on a treadmill, this is for you. We will assess and then give you corrective exercises to help improve the weaknesses found. (back to Top)

Body Fat Assessment
Everyone says, “I’m in pretty good shape – my clothes still fit the same way.” Wouldn’t you like to know how much body fat you have? This will tell you how healthy you are. You could be a size 6 but still have a high amount of body fat that could eventually predispose you to disease.
