by gathering your lifestyle and history, as well as listening

As certified athletic trainers, Twin Peak Performance has the
expertise to help you as an athlete prepare yourself for sports
at the high school and collegiate level. We can give you the edge
that you need.
We will give you instruction on proper running
form, jump training, agility training, speed and strength training
in order for you to excel and move into the next level of competition.

Would you like to know the limitations of your body? Even for
those you are in great shape, this assessment could show an imbalance
in your muscles or flexibility. This assessment will allow an
individual to see where they are lacking in regards to functional
living. Whether your balance may be a little off, or you have
a hard time getting out of a chair, or you can’t quite figure
out your left knee hurts after walking on a treadmill, this is
for you. We will assess and then give you corrective exercises
